Request deletion without the app
Email hello@captioncue.com with the subject Arrow Frenzy account deletion request.
Include your player name, your player or user ID if available, and the email associated with your connected account, if you use one. For a guest account, provide any player details you still have. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
If you no longer have the app or your player ID, you can still email us to start the request. We will help identify your account and verify ownership before deleting data. You do not need to reinstall the app to submit a request.
We will reply with any verification needed, the expected completion time, and confirmation when your request is completed.
Request deletion from the app
Open Arrow Frenzy → Settings → Delete account to start a deletion request through support.
What is deleted
After verifying ownership, we delete your Arrow Frenzy Firebase authentication account and app-controlled cloud records associated with it, including your profile, saved progress, scores, item and coin balances, leaderboard entries, and duel records. Open duels are resolved before their records are removed. Account deletion is permanent.
Data still on your phone is removed when you clear Arrow Frenzy's app data or uninstall it. We request deletion of account-linked analytics and crash data where available.
Deleting your Arrow Frenzy account does not delete your Google account. Google Play purchase records and data independently controlled by Google or other providers are subject to those providers' policies.
Data retention
We retain deletion-request correspondence for up to 30 days after completing your request, unless a longer period is legally required. If that applies, we will tell you what is kept and for how long. Provider-held advertising and diagnostic data may remain for the providers' standard retention periods, as described in our privacy policy.
